Turpin explained that the mare never travelled well today and he was concerned that after travelling a short distance the mare did not feel comfortable in her action. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be lame in the off fore leg. Trainer T. Miller was advised that he must provide a veterinary certificate prior to ALL THE QUEUES racing again.

Wiggins) and shifted out resulting in GREAT LEAP FORWARD (App M. Hellyer) being tightened at the heels of CRAZY MAMMA (B. Stewart) and had to be steadied.

Approaching the 600m GREAT LEAP FORWARD, which was racing greenly, shifted in away from BELLE D'AMOUR (A. Spinks) and made contact with ALL SIGNIFICANT, which was taken in onto the hind quarters of PANE IN THE GLASS (J. Byrne). As a result PANE IN THE GLASS was turned out slightly and ALL SIGNIFICANT (P. Hammersley) had to be checked. A short distance later GREAT LEAP FORWARD had to be steadied to avoid the heels of BELLE D'AMOUR, which shifted in when not fully clear. A. Spinks the rider of BELLE D'AMOUR was issued with a reprimand and advised to show greater care when shifting ground in future.

Cassidy regarding the performance of SWEET REWARD. L. Cassidy explained that the filly began only fairly and settled towards the rear of the field and was held up rounding the home turn and in the early stages of the straight and in his view worked to the line well. L. Cassidy added that SWEET REWARD would be better suited in races of a further distance. A post race veterinary examination of SWEET REWARD revealed no abnormalities. Trainer D. Murphy advised that SWEET REWARD would now be sent for a spell.

Trainer L. Birchley will be advised that a veterinary certificate of fitness will be required prior to ALL SIGNIFICANT racing again.

Byrne explained that the mare did not appreciate being crowded for room between HULL CITY (App S. Bogenhuber) and SWISS ROSE passing the 600m and then failed to sprint when placed under pressure a short distance after entering the straight. J. Byrne added that CONQUERING QUEEN will be better suited in races over a longer distance than today's and would take benefit from today's race.

Cassidy was asked to explain the performance of DEER VALLEY. L. Cassidy explained that he was forced to make a wide run on the mare rounding the home turn and near the 300m when he applied pressure he accidentally dropped his off side rein for a short distance and added that DEER VALLEY peaked on its run inside the final 100m and would take benefit from today's race.

Byrne), when being restrained, overraced and for some distance had to be restrained to avoid the heels of PERUGIN THOUGHT.

Stewart) was held up for clear running until approaching the 200m when it improved between SILVERN and PERUGIN THOUGHT when PERUGIN THOUGHT shifted out under pressure.

After passing the 200m EIRE OF MAGIC (P. Hammersley) was disappointed for a run between MR NAPPY (J. Byrne) and KANETOSHI KING.

Over the concluding stages P. Hammersley (EIRE OF MAGIC) was unable to ride his mount out as he was awkwardly placed at the heels of LILLEELAVEE.

Stewards questioned K. Wharton regarding his riding of PERUGIN THOUGHT in the home straight, in particular the reason for that runner shifting out in the early stages of the home straight, which enabled CAPTAIN CLAYTON to improve to its inside. K. Wharton explained that PERUGIN THOUGHT was inclined to lay out rounding the home turn and when he applied pressure in the early part of the home straight the gelding was again inclined to shift out and as CAPTAIN CLAYTON had gained a narrow run to his inside he was unable to shift ground inwards at this time as he would have caused interference to CAPTAIN CLAYTON. K. Wharton further added that over the final 200m PERUGIN THOUGHT shifted out wider on the track whilst under riding. Stewards accepted his explanation.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          E. Wilkinson was questioned regarding the riding tactics he adopted on SILVERN in the early and middle stages of the race where that gelding was ridden aggressively from a wide barrier to obtain the lead near the 800m. E. Wilkinson explained that he was instructed to lead on SILVERN if possible and after beginning only fairly he rode the gelding forward and as he was trapped wide on the track approaching the first turn he elected to attempt to clear PERUGIN THOUGHT and MR NAPPY to his inside. E. Wilkinson added that SILVERN did relax in the middle stages and although it weakened over the concluding stages he felt in all the circumstances the effort of SILVERN was not disappointing. His explanation was noted.

Wilkinson) had to be checked to avoid the heels of SEESAWING and shifted out resulting in MR DOYLE (A. Spinks) being hampered and taken wider on the track.

Wilkinson rider of LUCKY DUBAI which performed below expectations explained that the mare failed to respond to his riding from approaching the 600m and in his view was disappointing. A post race veterinary examination of LUCKY DUBAI revealed the mare to have sustained abrasions to both hind fetlocks. Trainer K. Craft advised that LUCKY DUBAI would now be sent for a spell.

Hellyer).

NOROCOS was held up and unable to improve in the straight until after passing the 200m.

JOPA (R. McMahon), VINTAGE FLINT (J. Byrne) and TRUE BLUE ANGEL (App A. Butler) all raced wide throughout the event.

App M. Hellyer explained that BENNY'S BUTTONS will be better suited in races of a longer distance than today's and upon straightening he was unable to quicken when placed under pressure.

App M. Hellyer was issued with a charge under the provisions of AR137(a) for riding in a careless manner by permitting BENNY'S BUTTONS to shift in near the 700m when not sufficiently clear of G'DAY OLD MATE, which was tightened and taken in onto INVINCIBLE MATE, which had to be checked when tightened for room between G'DAY OLD MATE and PARIS BLU. As App M. Hellyer requested for his Master K. Wood to be present to represent him throughout this inquiry the matter was adjourned until 2 p.m. Monday 15 November 2010 at the offices of Racing Queensland Ltd.
